What bookkeeping software do you use?
We use QuickBooks Online, the industry standard for small business accounting. Your subscription is included in your monthly fee—no extra charge.

How do I get my receipts and documents to you?
We make it easy with tools like Dext and Hubdoc. You can snap a photo, forward an email, or upload a PDF—whatever works best for you.

What if I already use QuickBooks?
That’s totally fine. We’ll connect to your existing account and take over the monthly bookkeeping. If you're already paying for QuickBooks, we may be able to shift the billing to our account so you’re not double-charged.

Do you track sales tax and file it for me?
Yes. Sales tax filing is included in every package. We’ll log in and file your CT or NY return using data from your booking system. You just need to make sure taxable items are properly flagged in your POS (like WellnessLiving or Mindbody).

Do I have to give you access to my POS system?
Yes. To file sales tax accurately and deliver KPI reports (if included in your plan), we need view-only access to your booking software.

Do you offer KPI reporting?
Yes! KPI dashboards are included in our Growth and Premium plans. You’ll see monthly trends, revenue per visit, client retention, and more—so you know what’s working in your business.

Can you pay my bills for me?
Absolutely. Our Premium plan includes bill pay support using Melio. You forward us the bill—we enter it, schedule the payment, and you give final approval. Easy.

How does onboarding work?
You’ll fill out a quick signup form, enter your payment info, and create your secure portal login. Then we’ll walk you through setup step-by-step—no stress, no overwhelm.
